Below you’ll find everything you need to know about warranties, returns, exchanges, and the after-care services we offer to support your jewellery over time.
WARRANTY
At Nazariya, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery and the way it is crafted.
All our pieces come with a manufacturing warranty that covers defects in workmanship and materials.

18k gold vermeil and 925 sterling silver jewellery are covered by a 2-year manufacturing warranty
-
9k solid gold jewellery is covered by a 5-year manufacturing warranty
This warranty applies to genuine manufacturing faults, including issues related to craftsmanship or stone base settings. It does not cover wear and tear, natural ageing of materials, accidental damage, improper use or storage, loss, or damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations.
If you believe your piece may have a manufacturing issue, please contact us with your order details and clear photos, and our team will guide you on the next steps.
RETURNS
We want you to love your Nazariya piece. If you change your mind, we offer returns within 7 working days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

All original packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return

Made-to-order or customised pieces are not eligible for return
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that return requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be eligible.
EXCHANGES
If you’ve selected the wrong size, we offer size exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, for products where a size selection was available at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange:

If a replacement size is not readily available, the piece will be made-to-order in your requested size
Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
We take great care in checking and packing every Nazariya piece before it is shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or with an item missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you as quickly as possible. To be eligible under this policy, jewellery must be unused and unworn.

How we’ll resolve it:

Damaged or faulty items: Once inspected and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement within 48 hours.

Missing items: We will ship the missing item within 48 hours of your request being received and verified.

Incorrect items received: We will arrange a pickup of the incorrect piece and deliver the correct item within 48 hours.
REPAIRS & AFTER-CARE
Nazariya jewellery is made to be worn and enjoyed over time. And like all fine jewellery, pieces may occasionally need a little extra care.
We offer ongoing after-care services at a nominal cost, including:
• Professional jewellery cleaning
• Vermeil refresh (re-vermeiling)
• Stone tightening and setting checks
• Repairs
• Resizing
If your jewellery ever needs attention, our team will be happy to assess your piece and guide you on the best next steps.
Pricing will be shared after inspection, and any work will only begin once the cost has been approved by you. Lead times vary depending on the nature of the service required, and we’ll always communicate this clearly once your piece has been assessed.
