Processing Time

Orders are processed within 48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once shipped.

Local delivery within Singapore

We are also able to accommodate same day delivery for orders placed before 2pm, at a nominal fee.

International Shipping

For international shipping, please reach out to us directly via our contact form, WhatsApp or Instagram DM and we can help arrange your Nazariya piece to be delivered to you.

Shipping Carriers

• Singapore: Singpost. Please note that the orders could be delivered to your letterbox.

• International: DHL, UPS

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Lost: Full refund/replacement after 21 days, subject to logistics partner's confirmation on package being misplaced or returned.

• Damaged: Contact us within 48 hours with photos for replacement

Multiple Items

All in-stock items will ship together. If you'd like separate packaging, please indicate that during checkout. Any made-to-order or pre-order piece will be delivered separately. You'll receive tracking for each package.
